Protein purification by size exclusion chromatography (SEC)

Instructions
  1. Click on "Start the Experiment" button.
  2. Click on "Protein sample" button and on the falcon image.
  3. Next click on the checkbox "Equilibration" and click "Add buffer" button. Set the time to 120 mins and flow rate to 1 ml/min . Now click on the buffer bottle to pass the buffer through the column.
  4. Click on the checkbox "Protein mixture" and click "Inject protein sample" button. Now, click on the plunger to inject the protiens through the column.
  5. Now click on the "Elution" button. This will start separating the proteins and the proteins will be collected in the tubes.
  6. Click on the "Data Acquisition" button to plot the Absorbance Vs Volume graph
  7. Click on the "SDS-PAGE analysis" button. To view the gel, click on "Show" button.
Note: To repeat the experiment, click on the "Re-Do the Experiment" button.
