Simulation instruction

1. Click on "Start the Experiment" button.
2. Click on the "Protein of interest in Sample cell" button in step 1 or on the Sample cell (green colored in the ITC machine).
3. Click on the "Titrant reactant in Syringe" button in step 2 or on the green fluid in the injection.
4. Next click "10%" checkbox in step 3, and on the pluger to see the interaction/ binding between ligand and protein. Repeat for 20%, 30%, 40% for the interaction/binding between ligand and protein.
5. Click on "Data Analysis" button.

Note: To repeat the experiment, click on the "Re-Do the Experiment" button.
